HEALTH GARDEN USA (www.healthgardenusa.com) does not offer free ground shipping on orders. Please refer to Shipping Methods below for more information.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. Shipping times vary; for standard UPS Ground service, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 – 7 business days of its ship date. For USPS 2 Day and Overnight, your order will be delivered in 2 business days and the next day, respectively, after your order has been processed.
After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, HEALTH GARDEN USA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery times are estimates. Delivery can take longer than expected due to unforeseen issues. HEALTH GARDEN USA is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers

We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery of your order. Opened items are not eligible for return. To complete a return, follow the instructions below. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred less the amount of the return postage. Please note that we cannot refund shipping/return charges.
How to do an Online Return:
• Click here to start a return
• Enter your Order# and shipping zip code
• Select the quantity of each item you wish to return and the reason for the return
• Click Submit Request – You will see an authorization page
• Click Print Return Label
Place the merchandise and a copy of the packing slip in the original shipping container if possible. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it in the U.S. mail. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return. The return postage will be deducted from your refund. We will not refund a lost return that was not sent with our label.
Items sold as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and whether or not it is eligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
